Rice served is made in the owner' s rice paddy. Fishes come fresh from Owase, Katsuura and Tanabe. Sweetfish and other freshwater fishes are fresh from the nearby river. The garden is as large as 1000 tsubo. Best suited for dipping and relaxing.
